This was the very first series one Blackstar amplifier imported into Australia by the Australian Blackstar Distributor. Of course we jumped on it straight away. This is another one of those highly collectable items that the boss would love to take home himself! Number one is still at Blackstars Head Office, number two went to a European distributor and we got number three. Imagine having bought the 3rd Marshall Plexi or Fender Twin Reverb...what do you ythink they are worth now?!!

Versatilewith a capital V! The Blackstar Series One 45 combo guitar amplifier can go from shimmering clean to bone crushing crunch all at the flick ofa switch! With a bucket load of hands-on control on board, you should be able to easily dial in the perfect sound.

Incredibly, and generally unheard of at this price, when you toggle between the Bright and Warm modes on the clean channel, the Series One 45 actually reconfigures its preamp voicing and power amp damping, giving you brightand ringing Class A performance or that classic British warm and crunchy Class AB sound.

By switching both preamplifier and poweramplifier parameters the Series One 45W delivers both Class A style tones with shimmering bell-like tones and classic push-pull crunch...superb!

The patented Blackstar ISF (infinite shape feature) control removes the limitations of traditional designs allowingyou to tune the tone to exactly the sound you are looking for. DPR (Dynamic Power Reduction) allows you to reduce the power right down to 4.5 watts.

The rare earth neodymium celestion speakers ensure that what tonal magic is generated between your guitar and the amplifierare translated into ear candy.

MIDI switching and a series effects loop make this the ultimate professional combo.
